Which stores does Relistic work with?

eBay, Etsy, Shopify and TikTok Shop connect directly. Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, Grailed, Facebook Marketplace and Whatnot work through the Chrome extension.

Does Relistic know my marketplace passwords?

No. You sign in on each store's own page and approve access. Relistic stores only the access the store gives it, encrypted, and deletes it when you disconnect.

My item didn't appear on a store. What do I do?

1. Check the item's Status is Active. Drafts aren't listed anywhere.
2. Check the store is ticked under Where to list it.
3. Look at the message under the store on the item page, or in Activity. It says what's missing, such as a category.
4. On the Stores page, make sure the store says Connected and ready to list.
5. Fix the problem and click Save + Sync (or Sync now) on the item.

How fast do other stores update after a sale?

Within a few minutes. Etsy sales arrive within seconds, and eBay, Shopify and TikTok Shop are checked every 5 minutes. Chrome extension stores need you to click Take down in the extension. See How syncing works.

Can I use Relistic on my phone?

Yes. It works in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. The Chrome extension needs Chrome on a computer.

Can someone help me list?

Yes, on Pro (2 helpers) and Business (5 helpers). Each helper gets their own login and sees only the pages you choose. See Team logins.

Why does Etsy want to know when my item was made?

Etsy only allows resold items that are vintage (20 or more years old) or craft supplies, so it asks for every listing.

How do I add photos to an item?

Use a photo batch, even for one item, or paste links to photos already online on the item page. You can reorder, delete and remove backgrounds on the item page.

Who pays for shipping labels?

You pay Shippo directly through your own Shippo account. Relistic doesn't add anything. See Shipping labels.

Is my data safe?

Connections are encrypted, store access keys are encrypted again by Relistic, and each account can see only its own data. We never sell your information. See the privacy policy.
