Plans, billing and your account

Choose or change your plan, update your card, change your details, or close your account.

Your free trial

Every new account gets 14 days free with 100 active listings and 50 AI drafts. No card is needed. Choose a plan any time during the trial; you keep the days you have left, and your card is charged when the trial ends.

Choose or change your plan

1. Click your name at the bottom of the left menu, then Billing.
2. Pick Starter, Pro or Business.
3. Enter your card on Stripe's secure page and confirm.

To switch plans or update your card later, click Manage billing on the same page.

An active listing is one item set to Active, however many stores it's on. Team logins are extra logins for helpers; see Team logins.

Cancel

On the Billing page, click Cancel subscription and confirm on Stripe's page. Changed your mind? Use Manage billing to keep your plan.

When a plan ends, your items and history are kept and sales keep syncing so nothing oversells. You can't post, edit or use the AI until you choose a plan again.

Change your name, email or password

1. Click your name, then Account settings.
2. Change your name, business name, email or password and save.

Billing, Team and closing the account are only for the account owner. Helpers don't see them.

Close your account

In Account settings, click Close account. This permanently deletes your account and everything in it: items, sales, buyer notes and store connections. Cancel your subscription first so you're not charged again. Read the privacy policy for more.
